I ordered a iPad on the 22 May and have not received it nor can I track it . And can’t ask anyone. ???

Send a message, including your Full anme and order number using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi directs you somewhere else, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
