poor service

ordered an ipad from telstra back in October 22- 2020  now 14 4 2021 still no ipad after ringing them and emails to them they now tell me it has been lost in post. i did not receive a tracking number  to let me see where it was they charged me from when they sent it out sow i have been paying for something that i never got all they did was refund me and then took it of my bill saying its all fixed now no apology or sorry no ipad  and all they do now is just ignore my emails been with them for 40 od years and that.s how they treat you time for a new provider i think

It sounds like they accepted that the item was not provided to you and provided a refund.

You can order another one, keeping a copy of all of the documentation.
