Pre paid Sim

Hi all

So, on advice I bought this prepaid sim that says it’s for phones and tablets, as I want to put it into an iPad. Did the activation thingy and that was all good but 6 hours later still no action and I can’t see it in MyTelstra to charge it up. What now.

Activations and provisioning are taking a lot longer at present - while that is blamed on Covid 19, but I am not so sure about that..

 

All you can do is wait, and occasionally power cycle your phone..
