Thanks for posting.
"No SIM" error messages will either be related to a SIM Card fault, or an issue with the device that it's in.
You could try:
- Remove, clean and re-insert the SIM
- test the SIM in another device
If the SIM does not function in another device, you can arrange a replacement from any Telstra Store
