Samsung Galaxy Tablet

Opened my Tablet A4 by swiping right to get to pin code. When entering the 4 digit code it goes straight to 30 seconds retry. It was fine when I turned off last evening. Can you help. I removed simcard and put back in and still won't open. Help please
