samsung tabA not accepting 4 digit pin

For some reason my tablet is not accepting the 4 digit pin to unlock it.

Not sure how to proceed.

Thanks, ended up being an update of a google app that did something to the OS.

If it's an iPad, if you have the receipt in your name, Apple will unlock it.

@ProfessorPhone, a Samsung Tab A is definitely not an iPad.

Assuming that you set up a Samsung Account, then you can log in via https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ and unlock it from there.

Otherwise it may require a factory reset and setting it up from scratch.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
