Telstra App

The App is useless.  My dozens of phone calls go now where.  I have been trying to query a call that I made on What's App that ended on my Telstra Bill.  It was about $20 to Ireland.  I also disconnected my internet because of constant dropouts.  I was told on many occasions that in that first month if not completely happy there would be no charge.  This is $43 approx.  

The Telstra Shop is unable to help me.  Surely since the start of COVID you should have been able to do better.

Telstra will only be able to tell you that yes, you made a phonecall to Ireland and that you have been charged for it.

 

Whatsapp calls don't use the phone network, so it sounds like you've accidentally called the number from outside the app.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
