Trying to complete an online order

I've been trying to purchase an iPad Air 4 in mint green 64gb. I would like to purchased through Telstra as I've already got a handset (iPhone 11 pro max in cargo green 64gb) on a plan. every time I get to the "shopping cart" stage it doesn't load the next "confirmation" page. if I could please have some assistance that would be wonderful.

You can contact Telstra either via Livechat (which is up and running some of the time), or by sending a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response, but you receive a notification through the app when someone does.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
