Account access on website and Telstra 24x7 app access

I've been having trouble over a month now to access my nbn account via the website and on the 24x7 app. I've add many technicians call and my issues keeps on getting 'up scaled' but no-one can seem to fix it. This is super frustrating. Can someone please help?
