AFL Mobile App

I’m trying to watch highlights on AFL app and I keep receiving error message saying VIDEO ERROR MESSAGE and to visit Telstra 24/7 help site for assistance. This has never happened before and started about 2 hours ago and very frustrating . Highlight packages are free but my match replay subscription is not working either . Please fix this issue ASAP.

Your 24/7 site doesn’t give any solutions to fix issue as it issue on your end as has always worked previously and earlier today so not an issue with my phone .

I experienced the same problem. No live streams or replays. It is not my phone. It is a Telstra problem. I missed my AFL game because of it. 1.5 hrs on chat support and no fix. I am furious.
