Why am I being charged for data on the AFL app. It’s supposed to be free. It has just eaten over 2gbs and game not over. It tells me I am logged in so I am really very upset about this. I never had. Problem before. Jean

Apologies for the issues with data when using the AFL App


Could I please confirm you're checking your  individual usage in the 

Telstra 24x7 App while connected to 4G?


Every other meter is unable to take into account that the data used

is unmetered.


Another couple of things to make sure of is that your APN is set to Telstra.wap, 

and that any VPN's have been disconnected.
