New sim is apparently activated according to the email, however all I can get is voice mail, I can't ring out or receive calls. Tried restarting the phone, is there anything else I can try please?

I ordered a third handset on a plan and it seems to be stuck at the order status. It wont preceed to the despatch. Can i cancel it ? if yes does anyone know how?

Since downloading new app does not give an option after pressing manage in add-ins. Just takes me back to services.
