Trying to add a new Pre-Paid Service to My Telstra App. I have it already on Telstra 24 x7 but don't see it on the app. I've tried logging out and deleting the app and reinstalling, none of which solves the problem.

My name has disappeared from the app as an account level contact with full authority. Telstra can see it on their system and notes but why did it disappear from my app 2 days ago. Please help thanks
