Cannot access info on app
Hi, I’ve had Telstra NBN for a few months. No bill to date has been generated and I cannot access any features on the Telstra app. I cannot keep track of usage! Anyone else experiencing this? I spoke to someone yesterday but nothing was resolved. This is frustrating!

Unfortunately we are unable to access customer records for further investigation via this platform due to privacy and security reasons.
