Cant access tesltra 24x7 to cancel my prepaid plan service

Hello

I have tried for a few hours to get through the Telstra 24x7 chat to cancel my plan (it is the only link provided when I follow the steps. Is there an issue with the service? also is there another way to cancel it?

Hi Locky,

 

You don't really have to cancel a Pre-Paid service...just don't recharge the service by the expiry date of your last recharge.

 

A Pre-paid SIM automatically gets deactivated 6 months after the expiry date of your last recharge.

Therefore don't recharge it for 6 month's and the service number will drop off your Account.

 

If you really want to contact Telstra regarding this, you can ring 132200 (it's very hard to get through due to limited staff at this time), Facebook or Twitter.

I am having the same trouble, I can not sign I get the error    "Login Failed"  - connection error making token request to https://myid.telstra.com/identity/as/token.oauth2  the internet connection appears to be offline

 

I am trying to access the extra data for business post paid, but the I have use the app for some reason to activate the additional data. I am clearly online but the app does not want to work.
