Getting In contact About current plan

I've been trying to get in contact with someone over my plan (Ending very soon) but I cant get in contact with anyone. Would prefer the live chat but seems like its not working anymore

If you are wanting to change plan, you can do that through either the 24x7 app or online via the website.

 

Sales calls are being diverted to the stores, so if you need to discuss a plan,  it may be easier at the moment to engage with your nearest store directly.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With how everythings going atm i dont think that will be viable... pretty much want to contact them about competitors prices and match with the same offers as they do

Telstra don't price match, so there's no point hanging on the line waiting if that's what you're after. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
