I am trying to activate a SIM however I've received an email saying: 

"We're very sorry. We're experiencing some technical issues and are unable to activate your Telstra Pre-Paid Service.

Please contact us to activate your Telstra Pre-Paid Service:

However the chat isn't working and I can't call telstra because I don't have a SIM card at all. The chat window just says this:

How  do I get around this? They have taken my recharge amount but I have no working sim. Theft.
