Hi, I have just tried to use your live chat service but could not find anywhere to type in my message. I was able to type in my details and when the consultant answered i could not start typing. I am using a tablet and until i have somewhere to type i dont get a keyboard appear on the screen. Not sure if the app has been updated recently as i used the service in the last few weeks with no problems. Hope you can help.

Do you have full bars/internet connection when accessing Live chat?
I'd suggest resetting your iPad & trying again and reporting back how you go
