What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to send the excel spreadsheet to someone via email (which isn't what mail merge is)?
If you are using Outlook, you can hit File->Share from within Excel and then tell it to add as attachment and it will create a new message.
If you are using Webmail, you need to create a new message and then add the .xlsx file as an attachment.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
