The instructions to add a service, screenshot below, don't work. I cannot locate an 'Add an Account' because the option is not displayed. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Hi Mij03,
You can use Telstra My Account to add an Account.
https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home
In mobile view press on the 3 lines top left of the screen.
Press on "Account Settings"
Scroll down to Accounts then press on "Add an Account".
Then add the account information in the pop-up screen and press Save.
To show your appreciation to myself or another member, please click on the LIKE or mark as a SOLUTION for any post that you have found helpful on this forum.
