Service not showing in Telstra App for months
My nbn account has disappeared in the Telstra App on iPhone, I contacted Telstra via Get Help they said there would be a update to app which I did and still not showing it’s been missing for months, I can only view account on desktop website. Does anyone have a solution for this? ( have reinstalled app and no luck )
