Telstra 24/7 app chat ending conversation

Im trying to end the conversation on the chat section of 24/7 app on my i phone telstra app but wont allow me to end it so can start a new conversation,tried many times

Is there a way around this?

I was wondering if i delete app then reinstall

If it says “chat and messaging” you can just start a new Conversation by just posting the new question, they will just take it from there. Think of it like a text message history that you can review at any time if needed. If you did want to clear everything for your own preference you can click the cog in the top right and select the clear option.
