Telstra 24x7 App not working on iPad

I cannot login into my account on the 24x7 app using the iPad

I can login successfully however it comes back to say

"Sorry we are having trouble accessing your details Please use 24x7 chat for assistance"

If I use 4G it will find the iPad only but not my account

All works fine on the 24x7 iPhone app also the iPhone app works fine on the iPad.

The 24x7 chat people were unable to assist.

I have tried a full reboot also delete and reinstall the app more than once with no luck.

I've also terminated all other programs running in the background.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you please clarify what's going wrong, I'm a little confused if it's the app that's failing or if maybe your info in the 'My account' section is not correct.
