Telstra 24x7 App not working

When I log into my account via my iphone it says I have no account. When it does log me in it says Oops some error occurred. 
Super frustrating, please help.

Hello 

Uninstall the app.

Clear your cache if you can

Reboot your phone 

Download a fresh app and install.

That's often a solution

I only mention that as if there is an issue, then it would also cause an issue with the app.
