I am trying to log into my app and for some reason it throws a wierd error " ! Account restriction", "Your account does not have the appropriate security level to use this App"
I am using an iPhone XS Max

Thanks Charlotte. Sorry for the frustration. How long has your service been up and running? We usually see that error in the first day or two before the data has flowed through. I can see you posted this on Tuesday evening, are you still getting that error message? - Matthew.
