They are providing a wrong information, i had lost my device and i complain in stay connected, first they said you will get your devoce within 1-2 business days, but now ita 5th business day and they  doesn't dispatched yet. And now they guys are saying that it will take 10 business days. I highly recommend to everyone that VODAFONE is much much much better than Telsra

Hey man try get them to pay for the time you did not have your phone somehow. Because we are still paying for a service we don't have.
