Can't report that I've made a payment

My phone was restricted yesterday morning because a forgot to make a payment. I have since made the payment (yesterday morning) and I have clicked on the report a payment screen many times both yesterday and today. I have also restarted my phone and turned it off and back on many times both yesterday & today but my phone is still restricted.

As above I have tried to report that I have made the payment using the Web page but it won't let me fill in any payment details, all I can do is hit the submit button with no info added.

Not sure what to do now.
