Hi, I will appreciate any help trying to find a chat copy. After 1hr + with a call centre agent today, for what I thought was a simple enquiry. Eventually I was told to use a reference number to access this and other chats. I've tried many telstra pages to find the location of chat  records. Previously when a chat finished and after feedback I could access a copy. I am a Luddite so any help will be welcome. Thanks
