Connect NightHawk M2 to Telstra Air?

I have just bought a NightHawk M2 on a Large Data Plan. According the plan detail, Telstra Air is included but I cannot figure out how to connect. These are the instructions: Before you start, you'll need your mobile broadband device. Once you're ready... 1. Turn off your Wi-Fi off and connect to Telstra’s mobile network (just temporarily so that we can identify your service) 2. Then click the ‘Activate’ button to get started The activate button goes nowhere.
