Has anyone successfully deactivated Telstra Air?

Over a couple of weeks I have used the Deactivate link on both my Telstra account via a web browser and the My Telstra application on an Android. Every time I try I get the message "We've received your request to deactivate Telstra air" and a Status message of "Deactivating Telstra Air" but there has been no response and it still shows as Active
