Hot spot

The Telstra hot spot in front of the Renmark hotel in South Australia is not working, login is caught in a loop, yes I know how to reset browser and reset it network settings have tried on three devices on two separate accounts.

I have come here to report this problem and no I won’t call 132200 and be put on hold.
