This was a new service connected up to NBN HFC not long ago and I can connect to Telstra Air Hotspots elsewhere, but I cannot connect to Telstra Air at home. When I log into the modem, it shows no other users connected and yet the error message says too many users connected and to try again later. There are no other users connected, not even our own phones on the local WiFi network. At out old location, we could connect using either Telstra Air or the local WiFi. I am using the Arcadyan LH1000 Gen 2 Smart Modem.

This is a common problem with the Gen 2 Arcadyan modem. There is no solution until Telstra produces a firmware update that includes a fix for the problem.

Re: I get an error saying too many users on my Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2
Thanks for the reply. Time to put the pressure on Telstra!
