iPad won't connect to Telstra Air

My iPad won't connect to Telstra Air even via the app.

I log in and it keeps returning back to the login page.

Telstra Air works fine on my phone and laptop even without the app.

Is there anything I can do or can I just not use Telstra Air on my iPad for no reason?

Hi - try going into Settings/Safari/ Clear History and Data in case the Data Cache needs a flush out. Sometimes this happens in PC's and Tablets and instead of connecting to the Internet page, they get returned your modem's admin screen. In your case, it appears that it is being returned to the Telstra Air Hotspot modem.
