Solved: Need prepaid credit to use Telstra Air - Telstra CrowdSupport

If I don't have credit on my prepaid Telstra mobile phone, I can't use Telstra Air.

I have to either purchase more credit or a guest pass.

Telstra Air should be available especially to those without sufficient credit/data (I'd hate for my kids to ever be in that predicament)!

Helpful ideas?? 😊

Under the "Things you need to know" section on the Prepaid page, it quite clearly states:

Telstra Air: Pre-Paid customers must have an active recharge.

I have my son's prepaid set to automatic recharge (same day each month) so that he always has an active recharge.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
