No Telstra air

I have been using Telstra air from home on phone and laptop and was working fine, in the right spot, until they said they were upgrading and would effect usage from 3/10..since then there has been nothing at all...WHY???

Your router isn't broadcasting Telstra Air and you are trying to work out why?

Have you tried restarting the modem at all?

Thanks for reply. No it doesn't need restarting or anything like that. It connects when Im in a different location just not home anymore. It stopped when I received a txt message about upgrades in my area

Hey GTS3,

 

I would recommend contacting our Telstra Air Tech Team to confirm this is still active on the account and can be accessed via the modem as well. This team can be reached on 132200 and saying "Telstra Air Technical Support" when promoted 24/7.
