We will need a little more information if we are to help you.

1. Do you have Telstra air enabled in your Telstra account.

2. Are you using the TelstaAir app on an Apple or Android device.

3. Are you trying to access via a Telstra hotspot or a home router.

4. Do you get the Telstra WIFI signal.

5. How far do you get.
