Telstra Air changed website

When I login on the newer website the loading screen says THANKS! we’re just completing your request and then loads for an absurd amount of then goes to a screen that says SOMETHING WENT WRONG sorry there was an error processing your request but for some reason I can still use Telstra Air but only on my phone using the app so I can’t use it on my laptop so it isn’t the source of internet’s problem and I think it is the website which I would like Telstra to fix
