Telstra Air connects but with no internet connection

Whilst on Apple devices (with Telstra Air app loaded & logged in) I can connect to the local Telstra air hotspot but for periods of weeks at a time there is no internet.

I live right next door to a public phone hotspot but suspect that my neighbours Telstra connection & sharing is the real problem. Is there anyway to over ride which Telstra air hotspot you connect to or do Telstra have a way to remotely reboot a users home router to get Telstra air working again?
