Telstra Air Login

I can access here (the crowdsupport forum) through Telstra Air but no other website and when I get the login screen it just accept my login then returns to the login screen. If I change the username or password it just comes back with them being invalid whilst the one I am using just keeps going back to the login screen.

BTW my android phone connects and works properly, yet my W10 laptop cannot get past the login stage and my W10 tablet says it cannot connect to the Telstra Air WIFI. So far the android has done some 20 apps updates as well.

If you have cookies turned of in your browser add a exception for telstra.portal.fon.com. The method used to add the exception depends on your browser.

Edit exception should be for telstra.com

Just setting https://telstra.portal.fon.com as an exception for cookies in explorer fixed the problem with edge also. Now all good again but do not understand why it changed.
