Telstra air “wrong password” only on laptop
every time I log in to Telstra air on my laptop it processes, then goes back to the main portal with an error message that reads “wrong password” then it won’t let me try again.
I’ve tried actually entering my password wrong and it stays on the log in page, (doesn’t redirect me back to the main portal)
I tried changing my password and wasn’t able to log in to Telstra Air on any device for 2 weeks so not really keen to try that again.
just a note, it works fine on my phone - cuts in and out a bit but from what I read that’s normal.
i just need it working on my laptop 😖
