Telstra air

Why is Telstra not allowing prepaid customers to connect to Telstra air in the future? This is ridiculous.

This is Telstra's reasoning if you haven't already seen it.

Telstra has decided to cease offering Telstra Air on our Pre-Paid plans so that we can simplify our Pre-Paid plans and services.
 
I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.
