Hi, we're always working to simplify our plans - that's why some features of your Telstra Pre-Paid Max plan will soon be phased out. These changes will be automatic, so you don't need to do a thing. Find out which features will no longer be available here: tel.st/HHExit

Telstra Air access from Telstra Prepaid is one of the things to be phased out.
Can someone explain what’s happening here please.

Re: Telstra Air
It's exactly what it says. From the 1st January 2021, Prepaid plans will no longer have access to Telstra Air.
From 13th October 2020, Prepaid plans will no longer have access to international roaming.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
