In the 3 years i have had Telstra NBN i have never been able to connect/login.
I just want to login to my laptop. I dont have Telstra mobile. Just Telstra NBN/Foxtel.
After 3 days of messaging on the Telstra app this was the solution Telstra proposed.
Please purchase a Telstra Air pass and we will credit you with the amount paid on your next bill, after you apply to us for a credit. Issue No. 956608980
Has anyone had this solution proposed?

Just confirming when you say you can't connect/login are you referring to not being able to use the services eg not able to connect wifi or logging into your Telstra ID?
