Unable to deactivate Telstra Air

Telstra Air was deactivated for some time.

For some reason it has been reactivated by system, not myself.

So I have tried several times to deactivate, by selecting deactive in account, then wait a couple of days and still continues to show active.

I don't know if this is just an online account issue or not, because Wifi isn't showing an available Telstra Air Hotspot at my premises.
