Cancellation

I want to make sure that my accounts with Telstra have been cancelled.  This includes Foxtel and Mobile accounts.

Hi unhappy15,

 

You can contact Telstra by ringing 132200 and say "Disconnections".

You'll get an Australian person in Adelaide who will be able to look at your account and tell you if it's been cancelled. 

 

If it hasn't, they are the team that can cancel it for you.
