Order delay

Ordered a S20 over two weeks ago, been billed for it already and sign of it. Cant get through on phone and the startrack tracker wont work. Becoming incresingly frustrated now. Cant even get through to cancel the order. Anyone else having issues.

There are delays (and have been for a couple of months) due to a problem at the logistics company (resulting in orders being manually processed), compounded with the reduced staffing caused by the Covid-19 restrictions.


Delays are around 2-3 weeks at the moment, but billing for your new phone shouldn't have started until it was dispatched.


Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
