How do I arrange to have the simple card replaced in my mobile. I called the shoot-out was only able to leave a message

SIM cards are able to be replaced by the store on a visit, it should be done in about 2-3 min and should have no cost. They will grab a new blank SIM card and then link it to your existing service.

It should be able to be done during a walk in visit as it is a pretty basic and standard thing to do.
