coverage
I live 16 kms out of Bathurst and used to have really good mobile and internet service. As of a couple of months ago it has turned to **bleep**!
I can't even get 1 bar.
I have a Sony xperia z3 compact (d5833).
My daughters i phone only has a minimum of bars and my husband's new samsung has minimal bars too.
Please explain what happened and if this will improve.
Victoria Bonham

Re: coverage
According to the coverage map most of that area has pertty solid 3G, 4G and 4GX coverage so you shouldn't have any real problems. The only thing is if you were in an area that had strong 2G and that was what it was bouncing off it could be that since that was turned recently it could be playing a part... that being said if it is across multiple devices it could be worth speaking to Mobile Assurance so they can check the towers in the area and see if they can help you out. They are on LiveChat or 132200 and say "mobile faults"
