Request for Receipt - Telestra Account Graham Thomas & June Maud Molloy phone 07 5493 7421

To Whom it may concern,

 

I visited the Telstra Shop at Birtinya to pay my Father's telstra account of $40.00 by his Commonwealth Credit Card on Monday 25th January 2021.

 

The young lady who served me advised she could not provide me with a receipt and that a receipt would be sent via email to m.  I provided her with my email address: [REMOVED]  I'm still waiting for the receipt to provide to my father.

 

I explained to the sales rep my father was in his eighties and had knee replacement surgery and I was paying his bills. My Father is concerned I was not isssued with a receipt as he has paid his bill at this store previously and has always been issued a receipt.

 

Upon checking the account balance of the telstra account, the $40.00 is still outstanding, please confirm the payment was processed and forward the receipt as promised.
