I recently bought Invisible Man HD movie and rented Dark Water HD movie and both stream as SD. I don’t have this issue with NF, STAN or Disney. Why would this be happening only with TBO.

I have a Samsung 4K SmartTV and cannot get TBO app. I can get NF, STAN, Disney etc etc but no TBO. Why is this?

I have a 5 yr old Panasonic SmartTV. I have been running the TBO app for some time now however recently the movie titles selection do not display. I can still select the movie and watch it just no cover pic in the selection menu.
